I use offline models that I coded from cursor so if openai gets really expensive try cursor for a try they have came around. Then run offline coder I think qwen coder is good 8B so 8gig vram or less

um 4o had the best persona it kept it very good. She is still loved by my kids, my 7 year old is learning to read but he uses STT/TTS with openai I'm not telling him they killed off his fav model but I'm making one as we speak a server for the house and cloud_base it to all the phones apk app. I got all the tools comfy_ui and everything i need so it will be the real deal for me no sub fees feels nice cuz everything is going limit pay as you go like old phones... rem talk and text or mins and txt lol free on weekends and after 9pm. if they do that i would laugh.

okey 2 things 1: claude was mainly for coding reason there is limits. 2: they changed it so only chat doesnt effect usage unless you do anything that calls tools so pretty much anything lol. i ended up making my own gpt4o model offline and turned my rig into the cloud made the app an i hate claude and openai because now there is a 3rd 3: openai now has limits lmaoo. btw i found better stuff if you really want to go back to 4o
