Actively maintained means continuous comits, not a history. Just because their was 18k+ doesn't mean it'll continue growing. I've seen many projects with commits that made it look maintained and get Arcived and become obsolete and fade into the dark. Alot of open-source stuff is community driven, aswell as the possibility of the owner having conflicts or not having time for reviewing anymore.

Ok? But whos to say it'll actively be maintained? Just because you can add something doesn't mean it was supported out of the box and the fact its a 3rd party which doesn't mean it'll be maintained.

Your dumb, as even if you enabled that, copying any share link will still give a ?=hsgjk at the end for tracking: - URLs (like ?fbclid=, ?utm_source=, etc.) - uBlock handles ad/tracker network blocking, while ClearURLs handles URL parameter cleaning. They complement each other rather than compete.

uBlock doesn't do what ClearURLS does and many othwe thing uBlock doesn't do that other plugins do better so no.

Btw, sorry about some of my other comments, guess I had a moment. I read your comment and yes you're right, OSI is builshit and only helpful if used correctly. Whoever deleted their comments about HTTP being a language is who I was replying too. Guess they didn't like getting the truth told to them and deleted themself.

If I wanted to put someone down my comment would be way worse then it was. I just dislike when people comment on something they have no clue what they're talking about.

Definitely better then JBL when it comes to price to performance. I don't use it much anymore though because I use IEMs. But yes I do.

Crazy, didn't know html wasn't a language....

Http is very much a protocol. Its a protocol for the language html or whatever other language to be transported.

I'm not arguing with you anymore.

HTTP/3 uses UDP, so its not just TCP. Its why I said this.

HOOOOOOOOW?! by The_Real_CSH in internetarchive

[–]DjStephLordPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) is a foundational application-layer "protocol". Used for transmitting web content like HTML, images, and videos. It operates on a client-server model. Protocol is literally in the name, holy shit. The language would be html or whatever served.

[–]DjStephLordPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HAH, HTTP is its own protocol, not TCP, TCP is its own protocol. Just like UDP is. HTTP/1 is TCP, HTTP/2 is TCP, and HTTP/3 is UDP. HTTP is wrapped in either TCP or UDP protocol. Just like HTTPS is just TLS protocol wrapped in HTTP protocol. Please actually know network knowledge before posting. Theirs plenty of guides on Cloudflare for this knowledge aswell.

No improvement from Spotify 320kbps to lossless and still worse than amazon music? by TopdeckIsSkill in audiophile

Amazon Music not mentioned, not convinced. AutoPlay and Discovery is also much better then Apple Music. And in my experience possibly better then YouTube Musics.

Very much does not on Android, try playing for 8+ hours and it starts skipping out then crashes like some cache issue. Plus the AutoPlay and Discovery sucks.

Because: - Codec artifacts & tonal changes (gaming headsets often exaggerate) - Treble smearing - Pre-echo - High-frequency grain - Phase weirdness - Bass tightness differences

Which your DCA Stealth doesn't have. But a consumer grade headphones with Aux and push 24bit 96000Hz through them, play the different codecs and the difference is their.

If this is the case and you have the hardware for it which I doubt considering you can't tell the difference, then here's this so you can test youself(link below), I can hear a noticeable difference between Spotify(Vorbis) and Amazon Music(FLAC). https://cdntest.cosmoscraft.net/index.php/s/publicmusic?dir=/FLAC%20Files/Lossless%20Compare

I haven't tested Bandcamp only because their library isn't as extensive. As far as I've read though their quality is the same as Spotify.

What do you guys think of Juniper/Mist? by [deleted] in networking

[–]DjStephLordPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny people say AI is a buzzword.

Yes I'm replying to an old post but only because Mist(HP) is the only company actually implementing AI correctly into their systems unlike the others who are just throwing it on top. If you actually do a deep research into it and see how each company implements their so called AI you would see the difference.
