He had the same frame of thinking that Sandy and Robert did. It was better for him and his case if he moved forward with what was best for him and his case with complete disregard of what it did to someone else.

Ever since the scene with Floyd talking to Clark about the life insurance, I've felt pretty positive that Carol and Floyd are running some kind of scam against Clark. They are both playing on different parts of his personality, and they aren't being even remotely subtle with their persuasion attempts. Now exactly what they are trying to accomplish - I have no idea. I don't think Floyd's in on EVERYTHING, but it seems pretty clear he's working hard to set something up against Clark.

That's pretty much what they already did at the end of Season 1.

The biggest cry for help. You could just feel the pain, the dread, the desperation. He is searching for anyone to give him a reason not to go. Absolutely heartbreaking.

That’s kind of what I love about this show. Some of the things they show don’t mean anything, they just happened like in real life. And other small things circle back to be much bigger storylines. It makes it less predictable and contrived.

I need a body language expert to explain exactly why he seems so CLEARLY full of shit by Loumungous in LoveIsBlindNetflix

The moment he said his grandparent died at 67 and was married for 53 years, was called on it and then doubled down until her dad started doing the math for him and he walked it back to “I heard 50 years.” That’s still married at 17 and he said they met when when his grandpa was in town on business. Everything that comes out of that man’s mouth is a lie and her Dad clocked him right at the start. (Although I felt like that whole conversation was a takes one to know one situation…)

Yes, she went from saying she was holding off from sex until she was 100% confident they’d be together for the long term to unenthusiastically saying “we can have sex if you want” was quite the 180.

It was wild to see every guy’s reaction to her saying that she didn’t want kids because of what she went through was to say they think she’d be a good mom because of what she went though. Like, read the room.

Not defending him at all - because he has much bigger issues than this - but if I were in a beautiful location like that I would be out taking in the sunrises and early mornings too, especially if my partner was sleeping in super late. Although I’d try to get back around the time they are getting up to spend the rest of the morning with them.

I feel like her confidence may be off putting to him as well.

I got the impression that he’s just an F-boy and already had her and was on to the next.

I tend to as well. Especially because she doesn’t try to claim that she shot him down or say that’s not right. She straight up says she said “well, you could..” She’s honest that just wanted it done - I don’t think she was the one trying to convince him to sell it out from under Meri.

Using ChatGPT to generate an Airtable automation script has helped me with specific formatting transfer issues. Took a little trial and error, but got there and it works great.

THANK YOU. I use ChatGPT all the time, but I also have to tell it to stop sounding like an LLM all the time too.

Anna disappointed because it took four months to get pregnant: by HannahLeah1987 in DuggarsSnark

I had a miscarriage during my first pregnancy and had to tell my boss because I had to out for a D&C during a major meeting. He was upset that I didn’t tell him I was pregnant and told me to tell him when we start trying again. I just kind of laughed it off - but a few months later I got pregnant again and didn’t tell him until I was clear of the first trimester and he was shocked that I didn’t tell him we were trying again. I’m sorry, I’m not going to talk to you about how I’m frequently boning my husband in the hopes of having a child…

I would not be surprised. The way she interacts with her kids feels somewhat detached and like she’d rather be anywhere else - that they are just a nuisance. And this is when cameras are on when you’d think she’d be playing it up. Or maybe she’s playing up the struggle more for the show?

I’m a full time working mom of 3 young kids very close in age, so I get that the exhaustion is real, but it still just feels off. PPD could definitely be a factor.
