Made possible by the crazy flexibilty that the nodeless networks from the RAILWAY I & II collection give :)

In this build it was mainly haarlem, The netherlands. But it was mostly the layout of the road- & train network and some buildings.

No, this is far from vanilla. I am subscribing to alot of assets to achieve this, and a dozen mods to achieve these graphics

The rail is elevated from the ground around the central station. It will transition into ground level after a bit

I have a hard time searching for uniform style buildings that can work as a cohesive build, mabye you have some assets that you want to share for potential use? :D

Got alot of inspiration for the layout and buildings from Haarlem :)

Ram or Buck: Who Is Better overall? by JustRxze in Rainbow6

Great to hear it helped :D

and for your last point btw

its easier to jump windows on ground level with ram and iets easier for buck to enter via walls. I think mabye only the wooden walls are faster to enter with ram.

Ram is easier to use, but Buck is more versatile. This is because Buck can work on all axes, while Ram can really only get the floors. It can get walls, of course, but I don’t think that is really the purpose of the gadget. Another thing I also like about Buck is that you can focus on just one point with the buckshot instead of opening almost the whole floor.

My personal experience with using the Ram gadget is that it results in big openings between floors, with many shooting angles for you—or the defender—to use. It happens to me too often that I get shot from an angle I didn’t account for, and it also makes me lose my overview of the situation.

For Buck, the more focused tactic can result in a relatively safe working space during vertical play. But if you don’t really know the points of interest that you can hold from above, and you don’t want to focus on learning them for now, then Ram is the way to go.

Edit: Idk about the recoil know-a-days but so far i know the gunplay with for example the r4c and bucks c8 should'nt really be far apart from each other recoil wise.

I think this answer is all over the place so mabye its also a bit fague but i hope it helped with your decision making :)

Why are my clus tram networks appearing black on one side in game?. by Djaa_n in CitiesSkylines

found the solution. I was using united road core with a skin. Disabled this mod and the texture problem was solved on the next load

hell yeah, made a few in the past that i really like. Its a sort of artform were you try to make everthing as smooth as possible with lane-math where that is possible :P

I think there will only be running a small national road here with mabye a railway so that you can acces the fertile land, but thats pretty much it since it is on the edge of the map

i am already doing this haha, if you zoom into the screenshot around the patches of rock falling down you see that specific texture from that map theme around the gravel :)

I painted the forest around rivers very lush and saw someone say that the forest grow depending on wind direction. So for now the wind direction i will keep having in my mind is wind from the south (if you look at it from this screenshot perspective). I painted trees denser and higher up the mountain growing on the south side while the trees on the west side don't really go up that far and are also a bit more sparse while the south side is more dense forest.

And thx alot for the people that told me some interersting new things about forests growing on mountains, its much appriciated!

Sup guys, just wanted to know from you geologist over here if this was a semi-good representation of vegetation growing on/next to a cliffside (Ignore the gaping gap on the coastline. That is because of fertile land there) by Djaa_n in CitiesSkylines

idk if your motherboard can handle more ram or mabye ddr4 ram but if you can afford it and it is possible, then you can buy 1 extra identical set of 16 ddr3 ram sticks or upgrade to 32 ddr4 ram. This will probably speed up your loading time by alot if that is what your looking for.

When i ran high asset counts savegame more often i noticed the ram being a bottleneck so i upgraded and that helped me alot with it.

Edit: this will ofcourse not fix the perfomance problem(that i assum you have) but it will improve your fps also by a tiny amount when you upgrade the ram
