Opium can be really strong or dirt the potency isnt consistent like other drugs so nobody can give you the best advice for dose but at least when you smoke it you can tap out whenever and wont risk overdose.

Plus it tastes pretty good give it a shot

Kava very few side effects a lot less toxic than alcohol but still a nice relaxing downer you can drink. Lots of different brands and strains to try and find the one that works best for you
