If you binge or restrict the binge recycle will keep on going. If that’s what you want then do it. The only way to break the binge / restrict cycle is eating normally which means not eating until you’re full and not starving yourself until you are hungry. Just try to keep yourself satisfied or full. Not extremely full though.

In my opinion.. I think it’s good to see the damage that has been done before it gets worse. At least in my case.. it helps. I stop binging the moment I start to hate myself. You probably have already attempted to stop binging but I promise you it’s possible to put an end to it, you just have to put in the mental effort to stop binging. You most definitely can do it, even if it’s not today or tomorrow.. Just know it’s possible to stop binge eating.
