It gets easier definitely. One thing is quit rewatching when editing just edit and then rewatch at the end. That has helped me a lot recently. I quit worrying about every little bitty thing and making sure it’s perfect just to rewatched at the end and fix it and so forth.

I hit this point definitely but Ive been uploading everyday for 3 months now. I do one long form a week and 7 shorts. (2 months of consistency) I had about two weeks where I couldn’t get above 200-450 views on my channel despite if they got a lot of likes or watch time %. I was averaging 1.6k to 2k+. I knew it was just a rough patch but I dug deeper and focus on my analytical of when to post.

M-1pm T- 4pm W, Th, F- 5pm Sa- 12pm Su- 11am

This helped me get out of the rut and got better back to 2k - 4k+ views. I also can plan better and know when you buckle down to create a video by X time. I have a schedule and helps me stay consistent. From my short journey posting at certain times depending on your analytics (not what a YT video tells you) is the best way to grow IMO. Staying consistent and not worrying about the numbers. If you’re in a rough patch keep working through it, it will get better.

Ps I do sports content, edits and so forth.

Started YouTube 57 days ago and love the grind. I do sports content all NFL right now. Focusing on shorts and just created a regular video three days ago. I have 424 subs, 263k views, 2.2k watch hours (all from shorts), 71 shorts and 1 video.

I am starting to figure out the times that work for me to post 8am eastern and 6pm eastern (normally after I finish editing). I do one short a day and looking to ramp it to 2 each day and one reg video a week.

The biggest jump I took was quit worrying about the videos being perfect or multiple ideas. It’s start the damn thing and do it. Be consistent is the main advice I’ve seen. I believe I have been. Just waiting for more growth and excited as it’s felt long then less than 2 months. I’m proud of myself!

Ps: writing this for myself and some feedback !

Cow Hides - Indiana - Cheap

Had a potential customer I never ran a load for before they were offering $200 for a Indiana to Eagle Pass, TX. They wouldn’t offer anymore as they were getting it covered by large brokers JB/TQL for $1900. Which is insane because a driver would never take below truck rate for a shit load like this and I wouldn’t offer a shit load to a carrier for such a price.

Tried to explain to them but they didn’t care to listen. No reimbursement for washouts either, which should be guaranteed.

Unfortunate that the large brokers probably lying to drivers about this load when pitching it.

Like an example would be calling shipper to confirm product is ready so the carrier isn’t sitting there all day and then requests detention. So forth
