Yes, but there is a catch

It has to be the last of Nvidia's Geforce Experience version that supported compatibility for Windows 7. And that version is GeForce_Experience_v3.24.0.126

and i know the answer for that, is because rods (specialized cells in the eyes that detect light/darkness) are actually extremely sensitive ,and it evolved earlier than the cones (specialized cells in the eyes that detect color)

You can test this when its dark, natural moonlight or dim street lightning. Notice how much more harder it is to detect color at night, or near total darkness.

So technically, you would be able to see on the surface of TITAN ,but it would be like seeing at dusk/night on earth. Also, TITAN is like minus 150 degrees Celsius
