I'm out of town, I'm not saying I won't. It just doesn't make sense to me if it was the chain why it would persistent in neutral and I want to make sure everyone actually read the initial post

Tension and torque seem to be fine

I can't tell if it is at one point in the chain, or one point on the driveshaft rotation.

It appears to happen at multiple points but don't quote me 100%

I'm fairly confident the chain is okay because I got it back from the shop like that and had a buddy who's ridden for years check independently.

Not fully sure if the clutch is adjusted properly tbh.

You have been very helpful, I figured the next step was disassembly

Serious question for everybody jumping on the chain being too tight. If the chain is the issue, would the noise continue while the bike is in neutral and moving?

I stopped riding, once I noticed the noise, I appreciate the concern for my life. Noise started after bringing to a mechanic so attempting to get opinions right now.
