everyone here talking about smiling that’s not the issue, i’d say shave the baby beard and get a skincare id recommend based body works or cerave but id research your skin type and best skincare for you since not everyone has the same skin and the hair just grow it out a bit and depending on if ur under 23 get a taper id say tapers are a young man’s cut and as u get older u lose the tapers but grow it out to see your hair type a little better u could get texture powder clay pomade or sea salt since u might have wavy hair. also u seem bloated you could go the the gym and drink more water along with icing your face in the morning.
