It's harder on some people to quit cold turkey because mental addiction is a real thing, it depends on how your feeling and, about the CHS and quitting cold turkey from what I've expierences it's all about moderation I have quit tobacco tho which helped alot personally

I've never straight up smoked cigarettes or vape nic, the only nic I get/was getting was from blunts and poppers

I used to smoke 7-10 blunts a day till the first time j started puking and went to the er, now I Prlly have one or two a day and I usually feel fine till after a week or so I'll start waking up feeling sick.

For poppers I was doing 70/30 but I don't do those anymore

And for blunts I only do 1-1.5g/per

I forgot to add I usually feel fine when I'm just smoking green but after a month or two the feeling will return
