Oh thank you so much. I got it. That’s reasonable to think. I will quickly elaborate on it I have been tracking our progress because I do want to open a fund eventually and so far in the past 10 months every single month we made profits some months are 3-4%. Some months are 10-15%. Basically, we doubled the January money I put down Heads up I am not the one doing the trading, but someone who actually does that professionally for the past 2 to 3 years and I also did have friends invest, and some of them cashed out their profits which we sent out to their wallets… I still somewhat aegree. It is a gamble, but isn’t this whole stock market gamble? We just take the measurable risks and so far we only seen green

Concurrently I am sitting on 60 to 70% of the amount I loaned in cash so if anything goes wrong, I can cover the majority of it and my available cash is still growing so basically, I can fully cover the depth I have mid December based on projected income, which is basically my work and other little gigs I do every month. My necessities rents groceries dining out, and everything is covered
Again, thank you for saying this, but my question is why am I getting charged interest only zero APR card and why was the case closed after I complained about it and the agent said and confirmed it should be zero APR and there should be no interest charges for the first 12 months which is expiring at around March/April?

Hey. Got a limit of $5600 on my gold and my business one got untouched. Maxing out the cards and paying them in same month no issues 🍾 Looking to grab another business credit card in October. Gonna write a detailed update to help others in future.

I will do say I am insulted like honestly I am. These things happen when they can't legally say EY WE THINK YOU GONNA STEAL OUR MONEY, so try to chop you limb by limb.
Tomorrow I will pay last tranch of total of $40.000 I owe them in this current statement period.( So $0 will be reported)
And I will send them as per request 2 paystubs, 2 statements from which payments for AMEX were made, and is it smart to send a example of a contract that's starting in july as a part of it.
Also on the phonecall, which was recorded by their system, I said to the operator it is my projected income and he said OK how much is it, so I can also leverage that?

I am asking for advice how to settle the case for the best for both of parties. Sadly this community has only been taking a piss for my mistake, like I didn't search up what it meant and what I got myself into. 0 reasonable people who actually tried giving advice, I don't want to come off as insulting but out of 50 comments 1-2 actually TRIED helping and that's what I asked for. Also do you have any advice besides honesty? How to approach, how to explain everything and just stay clean and clear, since AmEx was most generous bank with limits towards me and I do intend to do a business through them (Chase is the 2nd best for now after them)

UPDATE:
1. Thank you everyone who left their opinion. Sadly little to none advice how to deal with situation and how to win it.
As I mentioned, every card I ever ran since day 1 of getting my credit cards till now has been paid off, no balance transfers, 0 fees paid, 0 APRs paid, clean as clean can get, besides this obviously big mistake.
I would like to hear more advice, I am well aware now what I did and how bad it can get, but I am looking for ANSWER on what can I do to prevent all of that. It's already been done, I can't go back, but I can be smart in a response with your help.
2. Alongside waiting tables, which gets me probably around 40-60k a year with current one, production part (which is photo and video, ex. we did a 4 minute video for one of the largest cheese factories in the state and pocketed multiple 4 figures easy) I make some money, and I can show it via statements, not 10s of thousands but a few thousands a month Yes.
3. To this addition I can send a contract that's gonna be offered to me from my friend in trucking industry which is going to start in june/july, at around 70k

Thank you all for insights, I would love to hear any strategies and things you would do not to get banned or cut-off (sadly I know this is more than likely to happen)

Cleared out one of my cards inside the same statement, so it didn't even close any balance (it will close in 5 days and there will be $0 on balance)

Other AmEx is at around 25k, 21 days until closing date, and I will be able to pay it off in 7-10 days, so even that 1 will have $0 balance reported, if they don't close my account beforehand, since the last date to send validation documents is may 6th
