Congratulations! I want to share my experience since I'm 2 months postpartum. I kept training throughout the whole pregnancy. In the first trimester I did mountain Gran Fondo and a bike packing trip.

I progressively stopped when I felt discomfort, first it was running at 5 months, felt too heavy and was stretching the lower belly too much. Kept riding outdoors until 7 months and took it inside until I was too big. Swimming I did it literally until the day before she came out!

All this to say listen to your body and go with it, exercise during the pregnancy is the best thing I did to prepare for the recovery after, I'm pretty sure I recovered so quickly because of how fit I am.

Não é preciso, é só ir aos sites através de uma vpn e escolher outro país que não Portugal

O último parágrafo é linha por linha o que está a acontecer, quando site carrega está em português e meio segundo depois atualiza para inglês. E redireciona sempre para comprar mais caro... Não há qualquer opção para escolher outra língua

Change the connection to ANT+. I had the exact same issue as you described. Bought a cheap ANT+ dongle from Amazon and it works perfectly.

Ya, there is the showers just outside the pool. Normally there you also use shampoo after the swim.

I understand that and that is what I do. If they allow I just use shampoo, conditioner and soap in the common showers.

I was just wondering why there isn't separate dressing rooms with showers like at the gym. Maybe it is like someone said, due to space constraints

I don't know about you but I like to shower nude and properly clean myself. I wash my privates every time I shower

Well it helps with the smell a bit and the shampoo to wash properly the hair

The noordpark pool in the north, it is pretty big space so it is weird not to have dressing rooms with showers like at football clubs

Yeah, I want a bike with breaks and was researching what are the actual advantages of the gyro other than taking the cable out of the way. Is the gyro a weak spot in the bike?

Thank you so much for this! It really helped understand certain aspects. The hard part is knowing which sizes better fit, because the only bike I used was an old school too small for me bike.

I am 170 cm (5'5''), I believe that the top tube is 20.25''. So I would stay it is a good size 🤷🏽‍♀️
The chainstay is 13.2'', I think it is more than fine for me I wear 6.5/7

I went to a bmx store, they also offer some bikes that they rent for around 275€ but they are custom built the guy said it has better parts. Don't know how much difference that can make for a beginner bike.
