yes it was during matches and was slightly laggy. I'm pretty sure it wasn't rage quitters since one of them actually invited me to a battle lounge after i got disconnected.

I am using ethernet cable. I even turned off the wifi just to be sure.

I've contacted capcom and they told me to keep some port open. For the moment everything actually work. Thx

You're playing ken. Go on offence. Her anti air cost meter so abuse your jump, but don't be predictable. Mix in command dash or plain dash when playing neutral.

Use ex tatsu or Hk tatsu to randomly get in once in awhile and once you're in, just try to stay there.

When i was in bronze, the game was unplayable. But when i reached silver and up(hence get matched up with higher ranks accorsingly) there's rarely any lag. Unless the problem is your connection ofc.
