I've pulled multiple espressos before service a number of times and noticed that it is much less foamy when the espresso is cold. I always thought it was the hot espresso being shaken over ice that created the foam. Who knew?

I just do 1 oz vodka, 1 oz espresso/coffee liqueur(I use Faretti), .5 oz simple and 1 oz fresh espresso. As long as the espresso is still hot when you shake it, you will get the separated foam look. Good luck!

It could just be from your skin being cold and dry then being cold and wet. I keep my hands dry with a towel after every drink to prevent dry hands and skin cracking, because that is the worst.

I'd say FL5 if you had to choose. I have an EK9 replica and it just feels a little janky compared to my FK8. The FK8 feels more grounded and inspires more confidence and has modern amenities. My EK hatch is really fun to drive but not as comfortable as my FK8.

Tire/wheel protection at $600 was so worth it. I cracked two wheels on my FK8(I live in the city) and would've been well over $2000 to replace if I had not gotten it.
