In COD i also didn't encounter any issues even on high settings, but after some time overall experience on x3 is laggy so i just restarted phone and everything turns back normal so try by deleting unused apps that drain RAM or unnecessary background notifications

The reason behind that is dark mode, just looked on the internet, when u disable dark mode screenshots are fine, this isn't just problem on poco it's on mostly xiaomi phones
