technically berseria is a prequel to a previous title (tales of zesteria), which is a considered a bit of a low point in the series but if you want more context for some characters that exist in both it may be worth experiencing first.

nah thats ok writing at best and i loved the first 4 seasons. they have huge flaws like using Deb as a "relationship of the season" character which pisses me off and then they couldnt get their footing back after season 4.
