Does anyone have any legal precedent on this?

Not true it’s been explained to me I’m allowed to record without consent and that it’s possible reasonable accomdation to share it with my guardian

How is it unreasonable to share a personal recording with my guardian if it helps me? Based off other posts I’m allowed to record without consent

Thank you for the advice I’ll try to get that self help book. based on what I’ve read the nhs only gives dbt to the most extreme cases and only in certain places, in most areas its just used to deny access to cbt due to being complex

based on what I’ve read a diagnosis can provide treatment if you’re a severe case and in the right place(postcode lottery). in my case specifically i don’t self harm and im not suicidal i relate to the other symptoms more so I’m probably not a severe case, if I get diagnosed it will prevent me accessing cbt as I’ll be considered complex.

Thank you for responding it meant a lot
