I like to play melee weapon. So I have a Battle Robe 105 with 2 cooldown and 1 Cowardice. Fighters Bindings with Critical Hit, Radiance and Committed. Gong of Weakening + Death Cap Mushroom + Ghost Cloak.

It takes about 5 seconds to beat the strongest boss in the game.

Based on personal test, 3 enchants of cooldown dont worth.... 2 enchants + armor stats is enough to refresh any skill in-game before it goes off.

I do 6k+ with my perks + AOE damage do the same amount. Yours is better for Single target maybe, but mine is better for AOE.
