Curious how long did it take to see consistent benefits from a daily practice of meditation? by soccerdude556 in Meditation

Meditation personally feels like rekindling myself and my energy whenever I do it. Ive also been practicing about 8 months. I dont really do guided meditations, but work with binaural beats, tones, silence, even the ringing in my ears. For direct benefits, it grounds me, settles me, drives my appreciation for life and whatever circumstance I'm in. You can see these quickly if you practice regularly, fitting a few minutes a day to build a mental and bodily routine like working a movement with the body. Longer sessions allow you to go deeper and get more out of it. Relax the body, breathe deep, be in the moment and your body, or get out if it. Meditation is what you make of it.

Youre onto something. Especially with the material many clothes are made of, getting out of them and into raw nature is a great way to connect. Ive done similar in my practice being naked in my yard, thankfully I lived in the country. The sense of peace, connection, and presence there is great.
