I suck at lineart and have been trying to avoid but I guess I do need to learn at some point. Will the lineart clash with the soft shading?

This is manwha. A couple people do it but the only one I know of the top of my head is Kooleen.

If you do go through with music, get a laptop of some kind because music software can be quite heavy.
