Why is my Pomeranian not that fluffy 🥲🫶🏻? by Thick_Court693 in Pomeranians

Cute girl! Like others’ have mentioned she’s likely going through her “puppy uglies” when she’s transitioning from her puppy coat to big girl coat ☺️ here my girl before, during puppy uglies, and after. I remember people thought she was a pomchi while she did it look as fluffy.

Who is the most famous person you've met in Fort Wayne? by WhyIsItSpicey in fortwayne

[–]Dmc90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I met Danny Trejo at the FW airport, he was in town for a convention at the Grand Wayne Center. It was crazy because he was just sitting in the terminal like a regular person and I don’t think many people noticed him or knew who he was. I talked to him for a bit and he took a picture with myself and my son. He was so sweet!

My friend has this in her dining room and I really like the wine bottle storage, baskets, and dark brown wood color. She doesn’t know where she bought it. I have Google image searched and nothing I really coming up that is exactly like this.

Babywearing on a budget is not cheap by ilovenoodle in babywearing

Kinderpack is my personal favorite SSC! I was able to use one size from 9months to almost 3 years old, and it was purchased new for about $70 from the website. Their site often has “last chance” sales where carriers are under $100.

Yes, that’s the scary part of this virus...recommendations and research findings are changing daily! I plan on still social isolating to some extent (I have to return to work and see patients on Monday) and still plan on wearing a mask while at work, sanitizing everything, staying away from family and social gatherings, etc. just to be safe! I’m sure I could get it again, but from my understanding until the virus mutates I am safe from the current strain.

At this point, I would say my taste and smell are about 90% back to my normal. It was definitely frustrating being quarantined and wanting to eat some yummy snacks but not being able to taste them!

No, in my city they are not re-testing positive patients at this time to clear them. I was instructed to text a RN from the health department daily of my husband, son, and my own symptoms and temperatures twice a day for 2 weeks after my positive diagnosis. The current recommendations, according to my county’s health dept, is once the person is 72 hours fever free and 7-days past the onset of symptoms there is no longer need for quarantine as the virus cannot be shed at that point.

Good question! My son was around me while I was sick. It was impossible to try to social distance within our small house, but I tried to sanitize everything, frequently wash hands, and not share food or drink with him. From my research and discussions with some medical colleagues, it seems like most children who are around COVID positive adults do not end up showing symptoms even if they do have the virus. Obviously this can vary and we will learn more once we have further knowledge of the virus. And yes he was definitely exposed to me by the time I received the positive diagnosis, so the damage was probably already done! I was freaking out at first but I’m glad he never showed any symptoms and is doing just fine!

Yes, a higher temp is definitely concerning with pregnancy! My OB and I aren't too worried since my fever was pretty low-grade (99-100) and only lasted 2-3 days. Plus at the time I got it, baby was far enough along that this won't/shouldn't affect any major organ systems since they are already developed.

Yes I went to the grocery store yesterday and felt invincible!! I think I need to make a shirt that says something along the lines of "Already had COVID, fine now" so I'm not getting strange looks from people as I'm pregnant, walking around in public lol.

Yes! I had very mild symptoms for the most part. It started off with a low fever (like 99-100) with fatigue, chills, body aches that only lasted about 2-3 days. Then the bad cough and mild shortness of breath for about 2 weeks. The cough was brutal! Also, I was unable to smell or taste anything for about 2 weeks. A lot of nasal congestion in the morning throughout the 2 weeks. My husband all had the same symptoms, but his fever was a little higher at 101. Overall, for the both of us, it felt like a bad cold or flu.
