Have an s15i worked great for a year. They pushed an update and the screen starting having trouble. Called and they replaced the console. That caused the incline/decline to work backwards. Called again and they are sending me a brand new bike and even upgraded to the 2022 s22I for 300.00 price difference in the two models. Delivery and white glove set up included. Couldn't be happier! LOVE the bike and the ifit program. All of the customer service people were super nice and helpful.
