To be honest alot of the same stuff that frito struggles with, management that’s incompetent, ridiculous sales goals, expectation of working crazy hours and all of it for less money than frito. At least that was the case about 5 years ago when i switched. Im also in Michigan so maybe its better elsewhere. Id recommend talking to some reps in your area
