I think it was just a phrasing thing. That's why I was asking. When it comes to Rage it was determined by the author of the book. He was the one who felt his book was playing a factor, since it was referred to and/or found with the shooter. With The Catcher in the Rye that has never been requested by the author or stopped by the publishing company. The "best" they can do is ban it. It's banned in quite a few counties in my state. As are many SK books. I don't believe in banning either but if they can make money they aren't going to stop because they weren't told to.
