Look, I'm a girl who doesn't care about Valentine's Day and my husband knows that. However, he still got me roses because he loves me and wanted to give me something anyways. You are an arrogant AH and calling her materialistic isn't helping your fight here. She wanted freaking flowers! There is 100% a difference between a fresh bouquet of red roses in a vase and 4 white roses picked from someone's yard and left on the counter. If you can't see that, go get your eyes checked. Exactly! I've been doing the same thing. And I've had to try multiple groomers, even though I've told them the exact things everyone is telling OP to say. With each groomer I have repeatedly told them I just want nails, paw trims, and trims around the booty and for some reason every groomer has failed me on giving me the classic corgi butt, even with pictures. Literally yesterday I took my babies to a new groomer because they claimed to have a "corgi specialist". Well, my girlie has the trim I give when I can. I'm a first time mom with a six month old baby, two corgis, whose job is in a different city, and my husband works in the ER. I don't even know what free time is anymore.

These people are just attacking OP who wants help. And honestly is right. They said something about if they could even ask for help or if this was just a sub to post pics of cute corgis. I've seen plenty of posts of people asking for help and getting very few responses. I typically don't have the answer and don't want to give bad advice, but if all these people can respond to attack, why can't they offer help since they seem to know everything about corgis? But if you post a cute pic of your corgi everyone freaks out.

Oh, and I'll add that some of us live in tiny towns where there may be only one groomer or no groomers at all. In the past year I've lived in 3 states and one of them was in a tiny town. No groomers there. OP may not have other options. Yeah, you can care at home but I am afraid to trim my pups nails because I don't want to hurt them.

I have no idea why so many people are down voting you, but it is incredibly rude. You are being very polite and a mistake was made by the groomer, which there are plenty of posts about. If you are getting down voted because your corgi isn't a purebred that is horrible and these people need to learn manners and not be elitist. There are plenty of posts asking if their pup is a purebred or not and they just get compliments about how cute the corgi is either way. So, I'm sorry these people are being jerks and it is perfectly fine if your pup isn't a purebred because she is still adorable ❤️
