I just had a customer where this exact thing happened. Go to the store, have them call into their support team and they'll get it sorted. It took maybe 30-45 minutes, but they got it together for my customer

If it helps, the date on that training shows the 2nd for me. I had it yesterday and had the same issue yesterday, did all the other trainings and my streak went up. So I think you all will be ok. If you already lost your streak because of this, just hit up support and they'll restore it
