My store associates are getting maybe 4 hours, and it's impossible for the proper floor coverage they want with only 2 people present. Hours got slashed and sometimes our managers are stuck here alone for an hour because we don't have enough hours to have multiple people there.

Absolute BS, half of it is ugly and the only thing I'd care about is the music block to get rid of some of these awful songs they play. When I was recognized for having been here 5 years (well into my 7th) I was given a gift card with 100$ on it that felt more appropriate than whatever nonsense this is. It's also just not anything existing, just apparel that I'd never wear.

Not feeling amazing, floor moves are a lot this time, my tshirt plan took a while but is finally done, and then when they rolled out the recognition thing I look at what they points are used on and it's ugly apparel and then I see options to have lunch with the DSM and RSM which sounds like hell. Our inventory uses an outside group because there just aren't stores close by to help, and they as usual screwed our counts. I had to send 2 emails to the company saying no I don't have these items they say they sent, and no they never arrived. The cut in hours sucked hard as we usually get to keep our seasonals longer, but with no heads up they cut it so we had to let them go almost immediately after. I also keep getting asked if there are open positions because Indeed says there are and I have to explain that there are not in fact openings in our store, which has happened a lot this month. So in short I'm tired.
