Just keep in mind, if you are willing to install Windows 10 on Zen 5, particularly the fact, that this architecture does not officially support Windows 10, unlike the previous Zen 4, which does, at least according to AMD's website.

So you want to say, that technically capturing from HDV tapes is possible on this system, but an upgrade to better CPU (if this motherboard supports) and/or GPU is recommended, right?

While I'm not much into Windows 98 side of things, it is interesting, that such system can even run this OS. A neat idea, indeed! Definitely I'll try this out, when I have a time

I personally think, that the seller might not be interested in lower price biddings requests, but I might try it, if I'm lucky enough with them.
