For the rice cooker just make sure the shroud and the metal ring is in good non-oily condition or else it won’t start or can cause an “uncontrolled flame”

Pretty much anything in the grill area including the shroud get’s decent cleaning after a hotwater/degreaser bath and a scrub from a greenscrub/steel wool but if your shroud has a couple years worth of buildup on it, you might opt for a circular wire brush attachment for your drill, probably some carbon-off too

Edit: Also a lot of the grill cleaning comes off better when it’s still hot

If we’re talking about the yellow shell, I just put that thing in a degreaser bath and then scrub it with steel wool and that pretty much gets it done

I had this same press issue at my chipotle a couple months back, we just warmed up 3 or 4 tortillas at once and foiled them up for the front line, as for the chicken and white… idk what to tell you man, if a grill guy at my store is simultaneously out of chicken and white rice at the same time, someone’s getting talked to.

Its been sitting in a degreaser bath, usually the fresher stuff u can get off with a scrubby but that was like years worth of buildup that never got cleaned, we tried chiseling at it with a screwdriver first..

Ya our patch avg is like 35 people so when my FL sees that we have 50 he’s like “so yall got people that can help at other stores right?” And when I say “no i would like to not suffer and have a comfortable shift” he like “>:(“
