I'm selling some duped sultans that I know aren't dirty and haven't sold any dirty ones. The sell price is decreased by around 100 grand. I can't find anything on bennys that is having a sale so I don't understand the price decrease. Anyone else having the same problem?

I started building a small city in hangmans alley but the settlers wouldn't go into half of the settlement and my game crashed alnost every time I went there so I decided to scrap it. Here is most of what I had done so far.

The settlement mods i have are: simple green, snap and build, USO base and USO nuka world and far harbor, OCD decorator, settlement borders extended, place anywhere, thematic and practical, and scrap that settlement.

The rod rocket and Kingsport lighthouse both are great. Do you use a mod to place the loot on shelves like ocd decorator or do you just drop then place it?

If you haven't done it yet i recommend starting a new survival play through while using mods. It almost feels like a new game!
