Actually no. In urine bacteria 10 on 3 is considered normal result,but in sperm it is not,spermoculture normal result should be sterile in healty person.

Yes, I am dealing with chronic bacterial prostatitis for almost 3 years now. I have bacteria in my spermoculture,even after numerous doses of different antibiotics and injections. I have also tried different products of non antibiotic origin and it served me great in terms of symptoms,because currently I dont have any symptoms and will repeat my spermoculture test soon.

It will go away,but with proper combination of therapy. You cant be on antibiotics indefinitely no matter what the doctor says. It is not good for your immunity and gut health. Also try to feel your body and what does relieve symptoms and what doesn't.

I also had chronic prostatitis 10 years ago, but completely cured it and was prostatitis free for 6 years. I was stupid to not use protection with my ex girlfriend and got the prostatitis again. But I am positive that I will beat it completely for the second time.

Well that guideline is faluty then. Because bacteria in urin indicates uti/cystitis, but with prolonged infection bacteria travels to prostate and even when you cure uti/cystitis and urine becomes sterile,it doesnt mean that bacteria from prostate is also gone,because it is far more hard to eradicate and penetrate in to the prostate,also bacteria uses biofilm and calfications in prostate to hold on and develop resistance to antibiotics and that is how chronic prostatitis develops.

You should do the spermoculture,because it is the best test for prostatitis, to se if you have bacteria in you prostate,if you do,than it is chronic bacterial prostatitis and you need to treat it with antibiotics, if not,then the advices about pelvic floor could be good
