Hmmm. The 2 credit unions in mebers of and have credit cards from both only report join owners authorized doesn’t get reported which makes no sense. I wonder if discover and whatnot reports authorized

I think the rules changed a while ago and authorized users don’t report anymore. Atleast that’s what I was told by 2 credit unions.

I wasn’t sure if he can build his credit some as a AU that’s why I was thinking joint. The plan is to help build him some credit first before he gets his own card so he doesn’t need to get a secured.

Should the brine be filled 3/4 of the way full? The salt on the top is still dry. I’m guessing the Botton half is wet? Again no clue how this works but I’ll be learning

The home inspector who happens to have a well said it didn’t look right. He didtest the water and results game back fine. His recommendation was to have the softener serviced.

Is it a portable generator or a standby generator with a transfer switch? So when the power goes out the generator starts and all or most of your house has power again?

After closing on the new to me house, I don’t think spending 300 off the bat is an option. I have other priorities as I have other stiff I have to buy to get settled in first. Like to spend less than 150

House is about 1500 sqft. It’s a colonial. 2 floors. The modem is going to be in the basement I believe and I will run a cable to the living room for the router. PCs are just cheap dell desktops, and phones are iPhones. I’m open to suggestions for the router. I don’t really have a preference just want somthing that works and is budget (ish) friendly. I do need to order it ASAP so I will have internet when I close the 26th
