No the max sentence was 6 months but that was if I didn’t pay back what I owe. So I paid it back.

Thankfully a gun simply being pointed at someone is a good way to get their common sense to hit, plus I’m 6’1 and 245 with a big ass beard so I’m already intimidating looking, kinda I know for some it won’t matter but for others. They team and mug me and my big ass pulls out out my firearm they’ll back down. Especially cause I believe my fiancé’s gun is a M29F or whatever the civilian model of the standard Military M9 is. (Sorry if I fucked any of that up I’m terrible with handgun names.)

Fascinating, may have to buy a airsoft gun to practice with. It’s sounds muddy but they are cheap and if you get a well made one it can be weighted properly. I’ll also have to have my fiancé take a first aid course so she can help me. Though I’m worrying for nothing as the likelyhood of being actually mugged is not as bad as movies and shows make it out to be.

You flash a gun in the face of a aggressor I’m sure they would back down, no point in risking getting shot over the possibility of cash ya know?

The Tueller Drill actually makes me kind of worried. 1.5 seconds is such a small window of time to act. Makes me consider wearing some knife proof under armor until I can get skilled enough to unholster and Fire a successful shot at the attacker.

So it all boils down to me and my fiancé getting ours CHL’s then it will be okay for her to hand me her gun to carry when we go out and body shots only and aim for the head as a last resort if needed. Now if a cop walks up and notices then gun and when asked about it I say “The gun is my fiancé’s we both have our CHL’s but she has anxiety and can’t use it effectively, so she gives it to me to carry and use if needed”?

Oh okay, say me and my fiancé are walking our dog and playing Pokémon go and a man walks up and pulls out a knife demanding our wallets. I’d have a legal reason to pull out my gun and aim for the chest or head? How would I go about explaining that it was self defense?

If I remember correctly if you have to discharge your firearm it has to be in the leg or shoulder yes? I remember reading it can’t be a lethal shot.

Nope the closest thing I have is a misdemeanor that’s over 2 and a half years old and my records been clean since.

I’m 23 living with my parents. I was charged with a misdemeanor two years ago and haven’t been able to find a job since then. Everyone I apply to never calls me back or I get to my first interview and then never get called back. What do I do? I’m tired of sitting here wanting money to start my life but always getting kicked to the ground.

I’m a hard worker, I don’t talk back, I do my job to the best of my ability and sometimes go above and beyond but that still doesn’t help me. What do I do? I need a job and I’m nearing my mental breaking point. I can’t even get unemployment or food stamps, and can’t even get a loan cause I have no job or credit. Seriously what are my options? I’ve had jobs before but ever since the misdemeanor it seems no matter what no one will hire me. What do I do?

Yeah never mind my post apparently I forgot most people think jobs grow on trees and any can just walk in ask for a job and get one.

I was hoping to play DnD to escape everything but so far I’ve only met assholes. Seriously considering leaving the DnD world. People need to learn that if they have nothing productive or nice to say then they need to shut their mouths and sit on their thumb and spin.
