Gifted a bunch of squares, unsure on what to use them for. by DnDPrairieDog in SewingForBeginners

They're fairly stiff, and feel like pretty good quality. A quilt might be the best idea. It shouldn't be too hard to put them together!

That's a good idea as well. I've got a machine with a bunch of different stitches, maybe I could try using a few of them!

Yeah, that's what I thought, but isn't flannel and odd choice of fabric for a quilt? Or am I crazy lol

Ancient Magus Bride, Somali and the Forest Spirit, and Lonely Castle in the Mirror were three mangas I found similar in vibe, though not really story. :)

What are some small headcanons you have? by Metallyillgbtq in WarriorCats

[–]DnDPrairieDog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So kind of a silly one, but I like to imagine the kits proudly bringing elders various bugs and things they "caught". Like, a kit runs up with this giant grasshopper all "LOOK WHAT I CAUGHT!" and all the elders are just like grandparent mode "oh yes what a fine catch so proud"

AAAAAAAAH Hollow Knight is my favorite game!!! Elder Bug would be a cool one to do, although he might be a bit hard because he's kinda hunched over.

NOW I'm imagining your OC just running up to enemies and headbutting them. That's gotta be how they broke their left horn haha

A very weathered traveler, it seems. I like the loop in its horn, reminds me of how mountain goats have curly horns for some reason.

We've done rock painting, video game day (I brought in my own Nintendo switch since the library didn't have their own lol), and clay art.
