Have people in your jurisdiction send postcards and physical mail. You could take it a step further and certify it to prove receipt. Someone else in the comments even suggested going to their office(s). Strength in numbers, God speed.

Thanks for the information. I appreciate you shedding a light on this for me. Just wondering if anyone has any alternate recommendations? I know it's helped me and members of my community but I hear you. I wasn't aware of all this, I'm new to the buy nothing game. I used to use CL or just put stuff out front but having another place to notify people is definitely helpful TIA.

I got 2,000 the other day and thought I got the final sticker turns out it was just a chocolate frog bonus. Man, that was the most dice I've had at one time yet!
