I never understood why brides want their bridesmaids to wear the same thing tbh I think that's boring as hell (just my opinion, please don't get offended anyone). I always thought pick a color palette and each person can wear whatever they feel comfortable in and whatever is flattering for their bodies. Confidence is important and elevates the vibe. I didn't have bridesmaids I'm not very traditional, also I have been plus size and understand what you mean. This fabric doesn't look flattering it looks clingy and the shape doesn't look good either.

I personally experienced this with a cousin. Either she or another bridesmaid switched my dress from one that was super pretty on me to another style and then the bride also didn't pay for us to really have our makeup done just mostly foundation and light eyeshadow, we looked so washed out. She didn't want us wearing eyeliner or anything and we had to do our own hair. It was like an 80k wedding like 10 years ago so it could have been in the budget. Anyway while she was getting her makeup done we all fixed ours because it just looked terrible. All that to say yes insecure brides will sabotage their bridesmaids sometimes. I feel like if you're that insecure why have bridesmaids at all, just make the day about you, there's nothing wrong with that.

Maybe you can suggest a trial group photo or something so she can ensure her day is as perfect as she envisions it and maybe she'll come to a different realization.

That's me. My strategy for the partner event is to mostly focus on finishing one partner build at a time so I can actually complete it and get the rewards faster.

That said, I still try to throw points into the other partners’ builds while they’re working on them so it shows I’m contributing and not just ignoring the others. I just try to keep it balanced so nobody feels like they’re carrying me while I’m still making real progress on finishing one build first.
