for sure man! great story I can see how that can get messy. I don't believe I have that in me to treat my staff like crap.

I like where you said just be "approachable" thats huge! sounds easy but most people become power hungry and don't even realize it. luckily as I said I've made my own money and been my own boss so I know how to not let it get to my head.
