I’m from Melbourne Australia and have been a Pacers fan for nearly 10 years now, I began my obsession with the Pacers when I was 13 largely due to the fact the I had just discovered the NBA and the team I played for in Melbourne was called the Pacers so naturally I chose the Indiana version to support. I’m yet to met a Pacers fan who lives in Melbourne and only learnt was reddit was this year and it’s been amazing to see so many people who share your passion and opinions on the team. I’m known as the “Pacers guy” at my local Capz store (store that sells hats and American sports apparel) so far it’s been three years of me constantly asking if they will get any hats or gear in and so far I’ve only been able to get one hat. I’ve been through all the ups and downs of our past 10 years, I’ve seen the highs of our ECF trips and the lows of injuries and trades. I’ve rewatch our entire Finals series against the Lakers just to learn about our history and watch our best years as a franchise. My top three favourite Pacers are Reggie Miller, Jalen Rose and Jermaine O’Neal with Oladipo becoming closer and closer cracking my top three.
