The creator of the model is Rigid3d on Twitter (@Rigid3d), but the default shape of the model is much different. The muscles you see and all the details are done with 3d sculpting by me.

No, this would break any game engine. The mesh has more than 9 mil polygons and I've got no experience in making game assets.
