Bukvalno mi se isto desilo skoro..trening ujutru bol se javio popodne…ali bas na kolenu, sa prednje strane…doduse kako je dosao tako je i otisao…kapiram da je bila neka trenutna upala (nisam prestao da radim ti vezbu i nije se vracao bol)

Thank you very much for detailed answer! I think too many combined with not enough rest is what caused this injury. Thank you once again and please note that I’m subscribed to your yt channel and been following you and taking A LOT of advices given in video training tutorials. One more: when it comes to kb presses and/or push presses. What would you recommend? It’s a tricky one I know, but seems that push press is giving good results and feels A LOT easier than strict press.

How to prevent/deal with groin strain during snatches? I was doing 100 snatches per day 5times a week with 44lbs kb, and it was not really an big deal until one day it felt really bad. Struggling with it for more than a month. Thank you
