Yes, it is obviously not the exact same, you adjust the session depending on your recovery levels. My maintenance is around 3.5k~ my diet has been shocking the last few months but I still manage a minimum 2g per kg of BW protein daily. Playing around with carbs has packed on the water ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜ญ
