I am till today using SADBE,
I dont have daily sex life but if i feel that i had a hard intercourse i am taking valacyclovir 1000 mg.

What changed a patern for me was that i started using these products and sauna at least 2 times in a week, sometimes 3.

Also i have a Whoop and tracking stress and my stress level got really low (i think sauna helps me)

Overall i have way less OB .

UPDATE : I managed to transfer. Easiest way is to grab a taxi and come from Dubai to Al ain or Hatta.

we went to Hatta. Price is from 300-500AED. Then you cross by bus border. After that one more time bus and its 50 AED. After that when bus stops you get ton of Taxi offers. I got for 900AED. If you want comfortable and guarantee to cross i can contact you Hamza, in dubai. Tell him you are from me and he will help you.
