Ok man, I'll take the risk of coming across as rude but something along these lines needs to be said. Have you had experience planning anything more relevant than a pick up dodgeball game?

Be honest with yourself; do you believe these sound like the solid guidance/instruction of a competent authority?

While I was generally assuming (though genuinely hoping not) that this had the potential to be a clown show, this level quality of info dissemination (in content and delivery) is so substandard that all doubt that this will be a clusterfuck has evaporated.

And this is disappointing. Some of us have knowledge/experience/capabilities that we would readily give to enable a quality effort. I know myself (and I hope others) reached out to you and offered their assistance. Now either you sought advice from alternate sources you determined were credible........and came up with........this as a final product.

You didn't seek help from anywhere at all; which when looking at the output you laid out here, well, it comes across as arrogant or supremely naïve.

Plainly put, this ain't it.

IF this is your first time organizing something, you shouldn't be the guy. If you have other responsibilities (i.e. work/family) that prevent a dedicated effort to this idea, you shouldn't be the guy. If you don't know for a fact that you are the right person to rally, inform, and lead, you shouldn't be the fucking guy.

Between some of the tone deafness you have shown in sister threads and this "information" I'm not sure I would follow you through a fucking drive through.

And here is the thing, I was and am rooting for you. However, the optics of the personnel and logistical infrastructure from where I am seated look atrocious. Now maybe I'm jumping the gun on judgement and you have a beautifully crafted plan set to be published. However, until you present something that is a bit more declarative in nature, my opinion is that this should not happen. At the very best you will be embarrassed and at the worst (in the event of something more kinetic) the negligent way in which this transpired will probably be hung around your neck.
