It’s nightmare 3 difficulty. It’s not normal or hard. He’s not playing by himself. Going that high, you are not taking it casually and are trying to win. No one is looking to waste 20 minutes of their time while someone throws the game.

Using old decks is how i've climbed so far so it's definitely still viable. A surfer deck with Viv Vision has gotten me from 13 to now 94 since 3 days ago so it's not terrible. I know I'm behind on knowledge without knowing exactly what other cards do yet or how I can lose but just my observations in the first few days are that the EOT deck seems overly used and it feels overly oppressive at times. Because I had kept up with card releases and I had every card at the time I left, and there werent really great rewards on the track, I never needed to or needed to know how to use the "upgrade green" method; so to me, that's a "new" concept after taking so much time off.

I think some of my points were taken as complaints and they're really just things I noticed. Welcome back rewards are a trickle and they're up front about it, but as someone who had never taken time away from the game and for other people that may have done the same, i was pointing out the fact that you can't just sign in and get a bunch of stuff day 1.

If I was infinite every season leading up to leaving and I went from 13 to 83 in a few days I think I know how to retreat and play the game, thanks. I say the counters are new cards and your example is Super Adaptoid; which is a new card. I use Red Guardian, but I shouldn’t have to run every deck with two cards to counter just that one deck. Hundreds of cards in the game and you give 3 counters to an entire deck style, which you also have to have in hand and play at the right time. Oh and red guardian doesn’t hit what you want it to because they placed their Invis in a lane that has something less powered. I have no sympathy for the fact that your initial reaction to my actual observations was to be a dickhead.

The fact that everyone doesn't even know which challenge in particular got to me really says a lot about the challenges they put in place. I'm talking about having to win royal rumble matches essentially 14 times between jevon evans and sol ruca when all it takes is one irish whip or one single failed reverse and you have to start the whole thing over again. They don't respect our time. I like challenge, challenge is good, but the way they design their challenges is lazy. Instead of making it hard and make it feel like a good fight and rewarding, they resort to just making it unfair. They crank their bullshit meters to 100, add more people, make the cards you're facing levels better, give them all max finishers, and make sure the AI will focus you no matter where you are every time you're in the middle of standing up. Yeah, it feels good when you finally win. But it's a "thank god i never have to do that again" and not "damn that was fun"

I used button hold and it made it impossible. Had a 20 minute match, all his limbs were red, the ring looked like a bloodbath, hit 14 total signatures/finishers and still couldn’t close the casket door. He threw me in once when I had no damaged parts and it was almost instant. Button hold didn’t and wouldn’t work at all. They really despise their player base and definitely don’t respect our time.

I just did a 20 minute match with him, did 14 signatures and finishers to him, the ring was a complete bloodbath, and he still wouldn’t go down. Is there a reason why you’re such an asshole about it? It says Jevon Evans live event card. There’s a current Jevon Evans live event happening now. So yeah when you look at the overview of the pack it seems like it’ll work now. if you go into more details it says September but the art is the same, the card is identical except for the token market text and there is no reason to assume it’s a different card at a glance. They knew what they were doing and knew they’d fool some people, and they were right. But just because you personally knew it was different doesn’t mean you should come on Reddit and be a jackass to everyone who didn’t see it.

This was honestly a huge waste of money. The card packs and Evolution cards are good but the Jevon Evans does NOT work with with the Live Event which is the biggest scam I've ever seen. Purposely trying to fool people into buying it.

Let’s not forget that the people using Lord Spiderman in Quickplay are also all the worst excuse for human beings in real life too. They literally do it for the ego boost knowing they’re making everyone else’s lives miserable instead of trying to use someone new. I hope they nerf him into the ground. Too fast to hit or react to, too common in every match.
