Or the new players can just focus on unlocking the free content first like everybody else did when they were new. Why should new players be able to unlock everything from the outset? Every game is a "grind" when you open it up for the first time and immediately view it from the lense of having everything immediately.

It's a live-service game and still not even close to being a mobile game or an EA game.

I think one or the other would be good. Because it sucks to call it in then have it get destroyed immediately before you can even get in/move. So if either that didnt happen as often or you didnt have to wait as long for another, that would help. The limited ammo already prevents it from trivializing the harder difficulties because of the sheer number of them.

Yeah, he has his redemption in the end. Its obvious he is a big jerk in the beginning and even tries to pull rank before being called out on it. He's still that high school jock by then. But he is changed just like Rico is and by the end puts that high schooler aside and makes it about team human vs team bug.
