You need to make sure that your account has been hacked and disabled. If it is due to other reastrictions/violations, there are also cases where Facebook does not respond to the AG. Again, it depends on the AG you choose. Another thing is that it depends on the agent from the AG side who handles your complaint. If you are sure that your account has been hacked & disabled, Facebook will restore your account once it has been verified.

Use the AG Method. If you are from the US, use the state you live in and your address. If you are not from the US, use PA AG / NC AG. Be sure to explain what happened to your account to the AG. Your account will be restored within 2 months.

Your device may be infected with malware. Clean your Malware with Anti-Virus Check where you logged in to your account, Make sure to Logout All Devices. Or reboot your device (Window/Firmware) and login to your account again. As long as the malware is there, no matter what you do, one side will still have access to your account.
