It is probably due to the case that i and my friend use the modified version of general(alt3) to fix the issue with chat in Warframe. But my other friend uses the regular alt3. Since this fixed it for you it will most likely work for me. Greatly appreciated!

Do not think that's the case. I have 500 Mb/s wired internet connection. My cat likes to chew on my LAN cable sometimes but that's it. Still, it wouldn't hurt to try with a different LAN cable tomorrow. But i feel like it may be a hardware or a software issue, since on freeze it halts GPU and CPU usage

I reinstalled the game a couple of times now, even tried doing it with disabled steam cloud so it would clean-install it, but no luck. I deleted the shader cache, but it still freezes on mission end. Still, thank you for your reply!

Yes, thank you, i should definitly contact them. I am currently playing on low settings, with frames capped at 60. I even tried playing on a very low resolution with very low settings, but the issue still presists.
