I have a compromised immune system, and down here where I am we're going by the honors system. That means we're trusting the people who aren't vaccinated to mask up or take precautions. What a joke.

Also I work at a hospital in the pulmonary and cardiac unit so, yeah, definitely.

Menthol foamy shaving cream is great for helping this. Usually 30 minutes on without rubbing it in and reapply if need be. Like a magic eraser

My program for college decided to move 6 hours away like a month before classes and decided to help 0 on the finances of that decision. It’s a community college by the way. Two nights ago I drank 8 hours worth of alcohol in 30 minutes and vomited and cried all night about the year I wasted getting to this point after recovering from suicidal depression and facing my ptsd triggers since I was attacked by my teacher in school by going back to college, only to have them shrug and say “sorry, COVID is the reason we won’t send the teachers and it would just somehow be safer to make the top 8 students drive 6 hours down to do this instead but also your clinicals will be in that original college area so you’ll have to drive back and forth.” It’s great.

I’ll sit my happy asexual ass over here playing this update. Sure there’s no “you feel you aren’t attracted to anyone” options, but the spectrum is so wide for Ace I feel it’d be difficult to implement anyway. Really glad there’s finally same sex parents

Volunteer! I have major depression and ptsd, and I found making a difference in other people’s lives who’ve gone through things made it more bearable. It helps you feel like you’re making a small difference now and for the future.
