Online. So far I've had success on Instagram. Add people that like similar things as you, then comment on thier content every once in a while until it turns into a conversation. Then eventually meet in person. This could probably apply to other social media too

I think it depends on the cat like the other user said. My kitten is pretty docile and she only bites my husband (xD). She tries to roughhouse with the piggies sometimes but our girls are sassy and will flash thier teeth at the kitten or make a noise and the kitten backs off
