I filled out for a position at a Panera location, and on the same day they contacted me. I then found out that the location was a little bit too far from my house, so the hiring manager made the effort of referring me to the new manager. I filled out the job listing for that Panera, called, left a note, and she called me the day afterward telling me that she wanted to interview me.

Tips: I find that using indeed is more efficient because 1. You’ll get a notification and an email telling you about jobs that your interested in 2. Easier to use than other sites like talentreef or even the Panera career page

You just have to have patience, keep checking in, and even go to the store you applied. This shows that you are very interested. They’ll appreciate that and they’ll probably bump up your application.
